We collect information you provide when signing up (name, email, business name), and data generated through use of the platform (appointments, payments, page content). We also collect standard usage data such as IP addresses and browser type for security and analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve the Maeve platform, process payments, send booking notifications, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Data Sharing

We share data only with service providers necessary to operate Maeve (e.g. Supabase for database, Paddle for payments, email providers for notifications). All providers are bound by data processing agreements.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting hello@maevescheduling.com. EU/UK residents have rights under GDPR including the right to erasure and data portability.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and ensure the platform works correctly. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. See our Cookies Policy for details.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security practices including encryption at rest and in transit. Payment data is handled by PCI-compliant processors and we never store raw card details.
