Refund Policy

1. Try before you pay

Maeve Pro begins with a 4-day free trial. You are not charged until the trial ends, so you can evaluate Maeve in full before any payment is taken. Cancel any time during the trial and you will not be charged.

2. Subscriptions are non-refundable

Maeve is a digital service you can access immediately, so subscription payments — monthly plans, yearly plans, and any add-ons — are non-refundable once charged. This is consistent with our Terms of Service.

3. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time to stop future charges. Cancelling stops your subscription from renewing, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds for the unused part of a billing period. On a yearly plan, cancelling prevents the next annual renewal; the current paid year is non-refundable.

4. Billing errors and exceptions

If you believe you have been charged in error — for example a duplicate charge, or a charge after you cancelled — email us at hello@maevescheduling.com within 14 days and we will review and put it right. We may also grant refunds at our discretion in exceptional circumstances.

5. How refunds are processed

Payments are processed by our payment provider, Paddle.com, which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase. Any approved refund is returned to your original payment method through Paddle and can take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits or affects any statutory consumer rights you may have under the laws that apply to you.
