By creating an account or using Maeve, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Maeve provides a booking website builder and appointment management platform for service-based businesses. You get a public booking page, calendar management, payment collection, and related tools.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, ensuring all information you provide is accurate, and all activity that occurs under your account.
Maeve offers a 4-day free trial followed by a subscription at $8.99/month. Subscriptions are billed monthly. All payments are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to stop future charges.
You may not use Maeve for illegal activities, to collect payments for fraudulent services, to spam clients, or to violate any applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
You are solely responsible for honouring appointments made through your Maeve booking page, and for any refunds or disputes with your clients. Maeve is not a party to transactions between you and your clients.
You retain ownership of all content you upload (photos, text, etc.). You grant Maeve a limited licence to display this content as part of operating the platform.
Maeve is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost revenue or data loss.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
